Got Questions?

We've got answers. FAQ is your go-to for all things Octo. Dive in and explore, no question’s too big or small – and if you can’t find the answer, hit us up on our Contact page.

Is every Octo a limited edition?

At Octo, every watch that leaves our workshop is a true original. Once they’re gone, they’re gone – and we’ll never make that model again. We know it’s not for everyone, but that’s just how we roll. We want to keep things exclusive, authentic and unapologetically ‘Octo’ – rather than water down our vision for mass appeal.

How do you price each Octo?

Each Octo watch is a reflection of its individuality – set discreetly by its unique series number. We place a precise US$1 difference between consecutive serial numbers, so that each piece has a value that’s truly its own.

Why do you release collections in phases?

At Octo, we want to do things the right way – which isn’t always the fastest way. Our team is small but dedicated, crafting limited-edition collections in carefully controlled quantities. By releasing them in phases, it gives us breathing room to make sure every watch matches our standards. Quality takes time and we think it’s worth the wait.

Where can I see Octo in-person?

Join us at our pop-ups, happening once in a while. Follow our Instagram to stay in the know.

I spotted a serial number in-store, but it’s not available on your site?

Any number up for grabs in-store gets pulled from our virtual shelves. It’s our way of ensuring there are no double sales.

How do I service my watch?

For mechanical, we recommend a tune-up every four years to keep them ticking in tip-top form. Regularly winding your watch goes a long way too, keeping it clocking while extending the movement’s life. For quartz, the battery should last you around 24 months (that’s two years). When time runs out, bring it to your local watch shop to swap it out.

How do I get the wristband just right?

To get that perfect fit, leave it to the pros. Take your Octo to a trusted jeweler or watch service shop – they’ll add or remove links so that it feels made just for you.

What is your shipping policy?

Boeing jets, Global Express – Octo pretty much ships worldwide. If your destination is not in the drop-down list, please send us a message on our Contact Us page. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout – and any taxes, customs or duties are on you, as per your country’s rules. They’re not priced into our product prices; we hope that makes sense.

What’s your return policy?

An Octo is more than a watch – it’s a commitment. You choose the number, and that’s where the journey begins. Each one is limited, individual and exclusive to you. That’s why we can’t accept any returns or exchanges. Sorry about that, amigo. But rest easy knowing it’s our way of preserving the integrity and the meaning of your Octo.

What’s your warranty policy?

We’ve got your back. Our rock-solid international warranty is covered for a full 24 months (that’s two years) from the day your Octo arrives. If there’s a manufacturing defect out-of-the-box, send it back and we’ll fix it for free – we’ll also cover shipping costs. We’re also happy to help with repairs, but the cost and shipping will probably be on your tab. Need a fix? Send us a message on our Contact Us page. Just remember, we reserve the right to change our warranty terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, we’ve got the final say.
